About Max

Hi! My name's Max, I'm a newton, MA resident and a recent graduate of Syracuse University. I'm currently between roles and looking to put my caregiving background to use for families in need. I've worked in a preschool as a teaching assistant, as a program assistant at the renowned education camp EXPLO. I have a strong interest in learning about child development as I worked with a tech startup as a content creator focusing on building interpersonal skills in kids ages 8-12. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, empathetic, and mindful I like working with kids because I believe the first two decades of life are the most pivotal in shaping a persons identity and values. I enjoy the process of kids learning to solve problems on their own and having fun doing it. One thing you should know about me is I will provide my undivided attention to those I'm caring for. My skills include actively listening, problem solving, and socially aware.
