About Mccayla

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, kind, and caring. My skills include creativity, time management, conflict resolution, communication, empathy, newborn care, and tutoring. I like working with kids because I find it easy, like hanging out with my nieces and nephews. I also like that I can inspire kids to follow their dreams while teaching them. I'm now a college graduate so I'm looking for a job that pays well, and is also rewarding. I started working with kids when my older sister needed help with her first born, my niece, in high school. I started getting paid to work with kids in 2021 when I worked with a sitter company. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends, play video games like Sims 4 and read fictional novels. One thing you should know about me is I'm a firm believer in reinforcing the disciplinary system and household values already set in place. I am looking for recurring work, but I also am free for date nights!
