About Mckenzie

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, supportive, and eager to succeed I like working with kids because I love being the type of teacher/caregiver. I wish I had as a kid. I'm looking for a job that allows me to have the time and space it takes to fully engage with my students, I want to make sure there's no child left behind. I believe with parent and teacher/caregiver collaboration children will be loved and pushed far to their full potential. I started working with kids when I started working with kids after Covid professionally but I have been raising children since I was a child myself. I have three years of professional childcare experience however, I have been loving, helping, take care of children, my whole life! One thing you should know about me is my teaching style could be described as demonstrative I teach children through how I act, I believe in talking with kindness, but also helping children to become self-sufficient
