Megan LOVES children - and it shows in how she cares for our daughters. I first met Megan 2.5 years ago when she helped care for my then 11-month-old. In the time we've known her, I've noticed tremendous growth in my youngest daughter's language skills and social-emotional development; one of Megan's strengths as a caregiver is helping children find language to express themselves and their emotions, wants, and needs. Megan always comes to our house ready to engage both of our girls (now 3 and 6) in a creative activity (supplies to paint wooden picture frames; a nature scavenger hunt; homemade "slime"). She is a wonderful communicator, often sending us pictures and texts to reassure us while we are away, always punctual (if not early), and leaves our home in better shape than when she arrived. I highly recommend Megan as a caregiver - she is always our first choice when we need someone to help care for our family.
