About Melanie

Hi! My name is Melanie or Mel; whatever you prefer. I am 24 years old and a part time online college student. I am a passionate, motivated, and patient certified Assistant Teacher and actually had my own class of 11 children that I had full responsibility for! I am an experienced Group Leader, Assistant Teacher, Nanny, and have previously worked at a multiple childcare programs as well. I have a 4-year-old niece who I help take care of and have nannied for multiple families in the past including ones here on care. com. I have worked with children ranging from infants to 13 years. I have many years of wonderful experience, remote learning included. I genuinely would be a perfect fit for any age! I am extremely comfortable with pets; I have a dog, 3 cats, and 3 bunnies (lol)... so I have lots of experience in that area as well. I have my own transportation and I can help out with light housework, errands, date nights, laundry, etc.
