I enjoy helping people maintain or improve their quality of living by facilitating independence. I'm a friendly and compassionate companion. 10+ years working with seniors providing companionship and general needs care (cooking, errands, bill pay, hygiene, exercise, laundry, light cleaning, appointments) I have a Master's degree in Psychology. I have experience working with dementia, depression, blindness, and other challenges. I also have experience facilitating OT, PT, and medication administration. I can provide personal assistance and facilitate most any type of activity or project. I own a newer model vehicle and have a clean driving record. I can provide care days, nights, weekends, extended stays, and accompany for travel and outings. Regarding Covid19, I'm fully vaccinated and have received a booster shot.
