Melissa responded to my post for literally last minute care for my sick 16 month old. She was punctual, and within two days, my son literally fell in love with her. She has great energy, is very intuitive, and she also went above and beyond, taking initiative to ask what else she could do to help me while my son napped. I appreciate her responsiveness, and feel comfortable hiring her again when the need arises.
