I have worked with Melissa for the past two years at Head Start for Kent county. She is creative, attentive, caring, kind, and compassionate. Melissa was always the teacher I went to with any questions about child behaviors and ideas to add to my lesson plans. She is knowledgeable about child development and encourages children to reach their potential. She is amazing with children of all ages and is able to teach children at a variety of developmental levels. I would trust her to teach and care for my own children.
