Mel worked for us at the Glenview Park District. She was an exemplary lifeguard and swim instructor. Her first aid and safety skills (among many more) earned her Head Guard within the first year working for us. Had she stayed, becoming a manager was certainly in her future. In swim lessons, she was always the first to welcome her class with a smile on her face and last to say goodbye. She picked up the skills needed to teach very quickly and was soon teaching her class alone. She was the ideal swim instructor and lifeguard. She will certainly exceed expectation here as she did with us.
