Raiya has easily met and EXCEEDED our greatest hopes for finding a stellar nanny to care for and lovingly guide our toddler son while maintaining the gentle parenting, Montessori-informed approach we prioritize in our home. When she started nannying for us last September at our Port St Lucie, FL home, our historically slow-to-warm-up son was immediately drawn to her and comfortable and joyous in her presence, as were my husband and I. Raiya is a genuinely warm, compassionate, bright, emotionally intelligent, conscious woman that has a true affinity for childcare and family support. She has been an anchor for our son and our entire household through some major life changes that ultimately brought us to Boulder, CO, where she became our live-in nanny / home management support! Her attention to detail, skills in household and homeschooling organization, strength in communication, as well as her respectful, grounded nature have made this an outstanding experience for us all. My husband and I have been able to maintain our challenging work-from-home schedules (him as a software engineer and I as a psychologist and virtual private practice owner) through the chaos of our relocation with ALL thanks to Raiya. As a working mother who finds it less than ideal to spend any time away from my son in order to attend to my business, I am blessed to say that my heart is truly happy knowing it is Raiya my son is spending time with during those moments as she brings so much value to his life, and his love for her is IMMENSE. We know that Raiya will bless many children and families along her path, and we're forever grateful that our family is one of them.
