Meredith has worked as a nanny and household assistant for our family since January 2018. We enthusiastically recommend her as a caring, highly-skilled, knowledgeable, and trustworthy employee. Meredith is also detail oriented, conscientious, and has excellent problem-solving skills. More than that, she has become like a part of our family. Meredith began caring for our daughter when she was four months old. Meredith formed a loving, nurturing bond with our daughter, followed our care instructions, and engaged in developmentally stimulating play with her. Meredith acted as a thought partner on helping us brainstorm solutions to various sleep and feeding issues in a way that was consistent with our goals as parents. She also did research on her own on issues ranging from constipation to nutrition to ensure she was taking an informed approach to caring for our daughter. Our daughter, now 17 months old, adores Meredith. Meredith is an excellent household assistant too.
