Hi, I'm Merinah! I'm a proud UW-Madison alumna with a degrees in Psychology and a certificate in Spanish. I absolutely love working with kids and have tons of experience to back it up. Over the past eight years, I've had the joy of babysitting, spending four summers as a full-day nanny, three years as a junior camp counselor at the YMCA, and one year volunteering as a special education assistant in the classroom. In addition to my childcare experience, I've also worked at Reichl & Kolstad Orthodontics, where I interacted daily with children and pre-teens. Thanks to my time in the medical field, I'm trained in CPR and first aid, which adds an extra layer of care and safety. Currently, I'm working as a mental health professional in child welfare, which has deepened my passion for supporting and nurturing young minds. In my current professional role, I am certified in car seat safety. I can't wait to bring my energy and experience to your family!

She worked with us for six months and was always on time and always on task. Merinah is an assertive communicator that knows when and how to ask for extra guidance. Our two-year-old was always at ease with her; she learned a bunch of new words and skills and put into practice her Spanish and English. Undoubtedly, Merinah is one of the most professional human beings I have met. I highly recommend her!
