Hi there! I'm Mia, an experienced and nurturing childcare provider with a passion for supporting families. As a nursing major with seven years of experience, I have a strong foundation in CPR, first aid, and child development. My academic background and hands-on experience with children of all ages, from infants to preteens, allow me to confidently handle various situations with care and confidence. I believe in fostering a fun, nurturing, and safe environment for children to thrive. With my creative and imaginative nature, I love engaging in both educational and entertaining activities, such as outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that stimulate learning. Communication is key, and I ensure regular verbal communication with parents at pickup to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. Regarding household rules, I am very comfortable enforcing them to maintain a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care.
