TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I hired Mia once and attempted to hire her a second time, mostly since I did not want to spend the time to find someone better and hoped it would work out better the 2nd time than it did the 1st time. Unfortunately the 2nd time was one of the worst experience I had with a cleaner. She fully knew that several of my new guests were checking-in on September 1 (over $2,000 on the line) and for no apparent reason and without warning she just left the place after she had showed up and started cleaning, never went back, AND DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO INFORM ME SHE LEFT. AS IF SHE WAS TRYING TO COMPLETELY SCREW ME. This caused a huge emergency where I had to delay everyone's arrival by a day, which they were upset about it, and cost me money that it shouldn't have. The first time she was super reactive and I had to threaten a bad review just to get her to complete. Most of the time she does not write back nor answer calls. I am stupid that I gave her a 2nd chance.
