Micayla is absolutely amazing. Our kids literally jump up and down when I tell them she is coming over. She is very dependable and punctual. If I ask her to do something specific I can count on her to get it done. She respects the kids and in turn, they respect her. She is a kind person who is loyal and trustworthy. If my kids were not in school during the week I would 100% hire Micayla as our full-time nanny.
