About Michaela

I'd describe my personality as friendly, nurturing, reliable. I like working with kids, I enjoy seeing the world from a child's perspective. I'm looking for a job where I can be helpful in multiple ways and can make a positive impact on someone's day. I started working with kids when I was a preteen, I used to teach Sunday school and babysat for my family as a teenager. I work at a local museum and one aspect of my job is guiding large field trips of all ages through. In my spare time, I like to knit, play with my cat and read about history. One thing you should know about me is that I'm flexible and willing to meet your unique needs. My skills include being able to keep children busy and entertain them, I'm typically very good at calming children and helping distract in difficult situations and I can think of really fun crafts to do!
