About Michaela

Hi there! My name is Michaela and I have taken care of children at my local church for the past two years. When I am off rotation, there is hardly ever a Sunday where I don't say hi or wave to a family's littles or cuddle with a mother's newborn. On occasion, during certain church functions, I am very fond of spending my time playing outside with the kids, entertaining them with a game inside, reading stories, and singing songs/playing guitar. I often find the most joy in memories of simply carrying on a conversation with them, whether in the car or while cleaning up after them. I have also had the joyful experience of babysitting for a handful of families at my church while the parents were away. I was able to tend to light housekeeping, meal prepping, laundry, and homework with cheer. I love pets and work well with them. I am also adult and pediatric CPR-certified.
