I am Michelle and I am a graduate of Susquehanna University 16 with a Bachelors Degree in History and I have been a full time nanny for many children and sets of twins. I have experience working with newborns and up through multiple organizations and jobs. I have been a Lead Teacher for a toddler classroom (ages 1-3), a camp counselor (ages 5-12), have volunteered with the Girl Scouts of America and sorority (ages 5-15), and worked at an infant/toddler center in Belgium during my year abroad (ages 6 months - 3 years). I have also been babysitting all ages since I was 16. As an educator I am responsible for providing children with positive learning experiences and a safe environment in which they are able to explore and flourish both mentally and physically. I strive to model kindness, patience, and respect to all children and adults that I come in contact with. Children deserve to explore and play in constructive ways that help better prepare them for their futures.

As soon as we met Michelle we knew she would be great with our baby, and she was! She was our first nanny and was not only wonderful with our daughter but also helped us adjust and learn how to be successful in a nanny share. Michelle helped us through some transitions with sleep and was always a great resource when I had questions as a new mother. I would definitely recommend and hire Michelle again! I was sad to lose her when our time together was up.
