About Michelle Lee

I am an AZ licensed CNA with 5 + years experience. I am a Professional Chef, TB tested, BLS, CPR, First Aid certification and fingerprinted. I have a BA, and some graduate work. Dignity, discretion, compassion, loyalty and honesty form the basis of my work ethic. I love animals. I don't smoke. I have extensive experience with dementia and Alzheimer's, kidney disease, heart disease and depression. I incorporate gentle exercise, mental stimulation and physical therapy into a daily routine. I provide medication reminders, meal preparation and feeding, recording of vitals, and clear and direct communication with the family. In my current position. I received "Employee of the Quarter" twice in a row. I perform in all ADL's, including bathing (female and male), oral care, perineal care, skin care, shaving, etc. I run errands, take patients to appointments, grocery shop, etc. Above all, I want my patient to live their best life possible under my care.
