Michelle seems like a nice girl. We did a phone interview and it went well. She was going to start working on the following week and I texted her the day of. However, she didn't response to my text and she didn't show up to work. It's a waste of people's time and inconsiderate. I took off work early to be home to meet her. She did not bother to inform me that she is no longer interested in taking this job.
