About Mikayla

Hi! My name is Mikayla, I am 24 years old, and I have been a certified teacher for 2 years. My goal is to attend medical school. I was a scribe for a year, so I have a medical background. I am also CPR/First Aid certified. I'd describe my personality as dependable, responsible and caring. I like working with kids because you can leave an everlasting impact while getting to know them. Teaching has allowed me to learn how rewarding it is to build relationships with children. I'm looking for a job that has a good home and good parental contact. I've been working with kids for about 9 years. I began when I was about 15. I would babysit my siblings and family friends children. As I got older, I began working with the school district and became a teacher. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family, walk my dogs, play sports, read, and bake. My skills include flexibility with age groups, enjoy outdoor/educational activities, and have nurturing qualities.
