About Mikell

Hi! I am Mikell! I am an Honors college student studying Psychology and English pursuing a master's in clinical mental health counseling. I have extensive childcare knowledge as I have been working in the field for the last 10 years! I primarily have been working with children and adults with disabilities. In the last 10 years, I have worked with many different families and always worked long-term! I have experience working with children of all ages from newborns to teenagers. I have worked with many different families as a babysitter, nannying, mother's assistant, and a personal care attendant to those with disabilities, and also working in a special education classroom. I am a very hardworking, dedicated, creative nanny that is dedicated to what I do. I love building a relationship with a family and learning what I can do to help the most. I love babysitting, nannying, and creating a positive experience for your entire family!
