About Mindy

I'd describe my personality as empathic, creative, intentional I like working with kids because they have so much to teach us and are so precious and powerful. I'm looking for a job that I can be connected and passionate to/about. something that feels right for me, my family and yours. I started working with kids when I was just a teenager but have since worked multiple nanny jobs, run youth centers, ministries and events, worked in mentorship programs for middle and high school students and taught theater arts with elementary age as well as daycare and a Montessori school. In my spare time, I like to paint, spend time in nature, study and learn, writing One thing you should know about me is that I really love the kids I work with and the opportunity to support families in raising kids and keeping cohesive family routines! My skills include Autism spectrum child care, First aid, Family management (chore schedules, behavior charts, Meal planning etc)
