About Molly

I'd describe my personality as observant, optimistic, and affectionate. I started working with kids when I was in middle school. I helped my neighbors with their younger kids and have been doing so ever since! In my spare time, I like to go walks, read books, bake, and spend quality time with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I am pretty type A. I have been great with time management for my entire life, I like to be proactive about problems, and I like to stay organized as best as possible. My skills include empathy, time management, and effective communication.
