Monica is a true Gem. I've looked all over for quality help and finding Monica was the answer to all I've been looking for. She is smart, detailed, reliable, takes quick initiative, trustworthy and the most important, she is EXCELLENT at her job. She does all the things you want to be sure someone you are hiring is looking at....under the beds, behind the refrigerator and in all the hard to reach places. Monica not only works with us but we now consider her a member of our family. I would never, ever want to give her up. She is worth every single penny and then some!!! The Best there is!!!
