About Monica

I am a college graduate who worked as an advertising executive for many years and left the industry to do something more fulfilling that helps others while I finish my novel. I have nannied and babysat for the past year for children aged 4, 5, and 9 years-old and have 6 nieces and nephews who I have watched often throughout every stage of development from newborn all the way through to the late teen years. My mother was a home care aid and we cared for my aging grandparents in my home up until their deaths, so I am aware of the needs and complexities that come with elder and end of life care. I am very comfortable with children and individuals of an advanced age and display patience, empathy, and quick thinking in a caring and considerate manner. I put a large emphasis on making my time with the individuals I care for comfortable, fun, and positive. Kids and the elderly alike deserve to be cared for by people who consider their enjoyment and comfort level during each and every moment.
