About Mya

I'd describe my personality as friendly, funny, and caring. I like working with kids because they keep me entertained, and bring out my inner child as well. I have years of experience working with children. I have an RBT Certification to work with children with autism, and an EMSA Preventative Health and Safety Certificate. I am also a mandated reporter. I'm looking for a job that prioritizes safety and fun. I started working with kids after graduating college. I worked with children with autism and then moved on to become a Program Manager for an after school program. In my spare time, I like to write music, and explore nature. One thing you should know about me is that I have a passion for helping families. My younger brother has hydrocephalus. Growing up my mother needed all the help she could get with him. I aspire to help family who are in need of childcare. My skills include strong communication, creativity, and innovating.
