About Nadiver

I'm an experienced childcare provider with a passion for supporting families and helping children thrive. I have three years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time. I'm also fluent in both English and Spanish. My approach to childcare is creative, imaginative, and fun. I believe that play is essential for children's development, so I incorporate a variety of games and activities into my caregiving routine. I also like to get outdoors whenever possible, as I believe that fresh air and exercise are important for children's health and well-being. I'm a firm believer in open communication with parents, and I make it a point to keep them updated on their child's day, both verbally and through regular text or phone updates. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. In addition to my childcare experience, I'm also certified in First Aid and CPR.
