About Naima

My name is Naima I am 23 years old. I have been working with children for 8 years now. I am also a new mother! The first three years I worked as a program aide in the Boys' and Girls' club of Southern Maryland. In the years to follow I was an in home caregiver. My duties included; Preparing food for children and infant formula. Caring for the children's hygiene. Preforming light housekeeping duties. Working with the family on appropriate discipline guidelines and routines according to children's ages and milestones. I was responsible for transporting children to appointments and scheduled activities I organized in-house age-appropriate activities. I kept a daily log of activities, meals, diaper changes, and any incidents or significant occurrences.
