About Nana

Nana was with my mom for a very long time, until the literal moment of her passing. My mom had dementia and could be very combative, therefore was not always an easy woman to provide care for. We went through DOZENS of aids because she would scare them off. Nana is AMAZING! She is patient, kind, and provides a level of care like it is her own mother she is caring for. Nana is very hard working. She NEVER left us scrambling to cover a shift. She worked 7 days a week, often providing coverage, at a moments notice, for other aids that called off. When we had emergencies, we would text her. Her usual response was, "Be there in 10 minutes." She is very clean, friendly, trustworthy, and extremely dependable. She announced she was going on vacation and we all immediately worried about what to do. Before anxiety could set in, she informed us that she had already arranged coverage with someone and we didn't have to worry. Her coverage was just as reliable and hard working as she was. I love her like a sister and she will always be a part of our family. You cannot go wrong with hiring Nana.
