I have taught public, private, and home school for 20+ years. I no longer want to be in a classroom full-time but I still enjoy working with children. My husband and I raised two children who were each vastly different in personality and learning style. I love teaching kids about music, art, Literature (there's so many wonderful books to read). Children learn the most when they are having fun! I have experience teaching gross motor and fine motor skills, and am familiar with each of the 'learning styles'. It's always a joy getting to know children, what they like and don't like, what special talents and skills they possess, etc. I am CPR certified and at one time was a lifeguard (I have not kept my lifeguard certification current) I am a non-smoker and have a dependable car.
