Natalie took care of our children after school through the school year and was a lifesaver for our family! She is the epitome of responsible, kind, caring and empathetic. She is also very organized and tidy. Most importantly, she is someone you want your kids to be around; she is a great role model. She managed the children with grace and without judgement, implementing our instructions while also being able to anticipate the needs of the children and adjust in the moment. Highly recommend!!!
