My kids were immediately at ease with Natalie. She is warm, friendly, and inviting. Natalie is interactive with my kids and follows through with the boundaries and expectations that I as the parent have set for them. I felt confident and comfortable that my children were well cared for while I was at work. Natalie is flexible and reliable. She handled all the afternoon/evening routines and chores without issue, which is so GREAT to come home to after work!
