About Natika

Hi. I have been working in childcare for eight years. Within my eight years I've been a daycare lead teacher, head start lead teacher, grade school teacher, part time and full time nanny, & a Montessori teacher while getting my CDA and obtaining my B. A. in the ECE department. Although I absolutely love what I do I want to go back into nannying so I'm able to finish out my schooling at a decent timing and also be able to help care for a family that needs a nanny. I'd describe my personality as energetic, creative, & organized. I like working with kids because children minds are like sponges. I enjoy seeing their bright faces glow when they learn something new and when they achieve something that they probably had trouble understanding. Not only that children learn from us but we also learn from them. I started working with kids when I was 18. One thing you should know about me is I'm a fast learner and very quick on my feet.
