My background includes a college degree, CPR training, and First Aid certification. My previous babysitting roles fostered my passion for positively impacting children's lives. I communicate with parents to ensure we're on the same page, using their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone calls. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules.
