I have over 20 years of experience supporting friends and family informally as a babysitter and homeschool supplementary instructor. I have worked in academic and enrichment summer camps for children 6-13 and in youth development programs serving young people up to age 25. I also have training as a doula. I have been paid at times, but this is my first attempt to provide childcare services professionally. I can help with Light Housekeeping, Errands, and Cooking/Meal Preparation. I can be a carpool driver if necessary, but I would need access to a bigger car if there are more than 2 children. I have a flexible schedule from about March until September.

She started out good at least it seemed until I noticed her performance started slipping and morale changed. I also noticed she wasnt a tidy person as far as keeping the house in order amongst things which I spoke to her about. Seems to have other issues going on that affect her productivity and engagement with my child which I also spoke to her about. I don’t think she is in the right profession with the kind of attitude inpatience and non urgency she has with kids. Unfortunately I had to let her go in a few weeks because of it.
