My family and I had the privilege and honor of having Nermine (Nano) as our sitter for our then 10 month old daughter. Our daughter loved her time with Nano. Nano was nurturing, patient, playful, warm, loving, and kind to our daughter. What I have noticed is that nano was consistent with demonstrating these beautiful attributes on a daily basis. It was incredibly helpful because it was congruent with my positive parenting style. Nano was always on time and if not, earlier before her start time. This helped because I saw that she was reliable and trustworthy. Nano was conscious about the various developmental Milestone of my 10 month old and demonstrated willingness to foster areas of social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in our daughter. It was such a beautiful bond to see her develop with my daughter and one of my daughter’s first couple of names spoken was “nano.” Nano relocated, and so we still remain in touch. She has become family. She is missed dearly. I highly recommend her without reservations.
