I believe in clear and open communication with parents. I provide daily written reports and regular updates via text or phone call, always respecting the parents' preferred communication method. When it comes to household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them consistently and fairly. I believe that structure and routine are important for children's development, and I work closely with parents to ensure that our expectations are aligned. I enjoy a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that stimulate learning.
