I have over 15+ years of experience in childcare and teaching. I have taken care of children, worked in child based organizations, and am a certified Early Childhood Special Education Teacher with years of training in Autism and ABA. I have also been a nanny to various Washington DC families working for the FBI, CIA, and The Pentagon. I have taught online and have lots of tech and video call experience. I am CPR and CPI trained. Nichole is a great nanny - she is very punctual, flexible, understanding and PATIENT. Our child (7 mo at the start) would not let anyone else hold her and would scream very loudly but Nichole was persistent, creative and patient with getting LO to calm down w her. You can tell she has plenty of experience with babies and children!
