Hi! My name is Nikki! I am a STNA! I absolutely love older people or taking care of anyone at any age. I've been in this profession for about 20 years and I am good at what I do. I can honestly say everyone I took care of turned into family, if they weren't already family.. I love everyone of them as if I known them forever. I was honored to take good care of my grandma and grandpa on their last days. As for my other grandma, she was truly my best friend and I made sure she made it to all her appointments and helped with any of her errands. I was her all time euchre partner. : ) Everyone needs a break or has to work sometime or they just can't handle it because their getting old themselves. It is really hard to have a stranger take care of your loved one but it can also be hard to do it yourself.
