About Nicole

Hello! I have been caring for little ones as long as I can remember. At 11 years old I started my first babysitting job. By 15 I was working with children until 18 when I left for college. I nannied throughout college and after. I became a Bonus Mom in 2013 and now that they are raised, I have babies of my own! I truly have the patience of a saint. When all of the kids are around and it's loud and chaotic, I am the one everyone turns to for restoring order. I rarely feel flustered or experience disorienting anxiety. I am calm, cool and collected in the most over-stimulating of circumstances, this way I can remain present with the children, and offer calm guidance when needed, without breaking any feelings of trust or safety. Which is of the utmost importance! I am an excellent communicator, taking time to break things down into more simple concepts for children to understand. I am well-educated and up to date on the latest research regarding child behavior and development.
