I have worked as a lead teacher in both toddler and preschool classrooms and also nannied for a family with an infant durning the pandemic. I have experience with the following teaching practices; Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) and Resources for Infant Educators (RIE) as well as anti-bias educating. I believe that all behavior is a form of communication and do my best to make sure that children's basic needs are met so they can be their best.
