I taught Nilda's son in kindergarten. It was evident by her interactions with him as well as the way in which he interacted with others that Nilda demonstrated much patience, love and attention to his upbringing. Because of this, I recommended her to care for my nephew and she has proven the same to be true - she is caring and dedicated, both to child and family. She is kindhearted and playful, flows with the needs of the family, communicates openly, and demonstrates understanding of developmentally appropriate activities. Additional perks: she drives and speaks Spanish!
