Noela watched my daughter part-time starting when she was 4 months old, until Noela moved from our area sadly when she turned one. The number one thing I was looking for at that age was someone who would be loving and caring with my then very young infant and I knew right away Noela was the perfect fit and someone I could trust. They treated my daughter with love and were flexible with the many changes in routine, feeding, sleep, separation anxiety, etc that come with the first year of infancy. My daughter bonded with Noela quickly and had so much fun with them. Noela brought so much enthusiasm and joy when caring for her. They were also attentive to changing interests, bringing musical instruments and different activities as my daughter grew. They were the perfect first caregiver for our daughter outside of the family. We were all sad to say goodbye to Noela when they moved from the area and miss them very much!
