Norine is fabulous! She took care of our 102 year old mom for over a year until our mom passed. Norine is very reliable, respectful, with good judgement and she took difficult things about the job in stride. She has a great sense of humor with an excellent understanding of dementia and the aging process. She was supportive and very open and willing to discuss our mom's care. She worked well with our other caregivers and was also willing to fill in when needed. She has great communication skills and we highly recommend her.
