I have 7 yrs of Home Health care experience. I have assisted with self-administered medications while faithfully following strict state regulations and guidelines. Patiently communicate with patients; will perform additional supportive duties as requested by Patient and within State regulations and Guidelines. Accepts and offers understanding of patients' emotional needs ensuring comfort and safety at all times. Monitor and Support healthy skin care and report results to Registered Nurse when necessary. Obtain patients temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure; with watchful care for patients reactions. Diligently maintain a safe patient environment, protect patients from falls to avoid critical injuries.
