As a childcare provider, and the third in a family of six children myself, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development and enjoy spending time with them. I've always had a positive experience with babysitting roles and believe I can positively impact children's lives. My approach is rooted in patience and empathy. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules with a gentle but firm hand. I communicate openly with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise, adapting to their preferred communication method. I'm experienced in caring for up to four children aged 4-11 and have completed some college coursework. I enjoy playing creative games, board games, puzzles, and educational games with children, and I'm always open to trying new technology-based games and apps.
