I have previously worked in the children's ministry at my church and have worked in all of the kids rooms there (ages newborn-fifth grade). I have previously babysit my neighbors kids at the ages of 4 and 6 on a fairly regular basis during the week, and had been doing so for about two consecutive years. I love playing outside with the kids I work with any chance I get. I love playing board games as well as participating in dress up with the kids if they choose to do so. I don't particularly like having the kids watching TV at all during the day, yet when asked that they be provided with a short show/movie before bedtime I am more that happy to comply. Over all I love working with any age group of children and will do the best I can to make sure I meet their individual basic needs.
