Pat was the nanny for our 8 mo daughter. She stayed with us for 9 mo before we relocated. She was wonderful! Pat was not only patient but very gentle, loving and caring with our baby "V". Pat had V from 8am to 6pm. Pat has a very strong work ethic - she is never late and often extended beyond 6pm if I was running late at work. She almost never took any time off - unplanned or otherwise - other than one instance when there was a death. She played and read to V and did several developmental activities like coloring, blocks, etc. She is very loving but firm with our baby and taught her the importance of discipline - no feet on the dinner table, eating on time, etc. Pat frequently went above and beyond to help me as a working mom. She would often make a family meal for us, help us pick up stuff at the store, etc. Also, she accompanied me on a business trip with the baby and was very helpful through airport security, etc. Pat is an asset for any working mom! We miss her.
