About Pauline

I have worked in the human services industry for 20 years plus. During this time I have worked with physically and developmentally challenged individuals. I have also worked with acquired brain injury individuals. With patience and a caring disposition I have been able to successfully implement services to help promote and support the individuals' quality of life. As a working special education teacher, I enjoy incorporating an array of instructional strategies that fulfill academic as well as life skills objectives for my students. I am also able to provide hands on care such completing assisted living daily routines, as well as using mechanical and power operated lifts to aid transfers. Most of all, I work towards maximizing my clients/students well being by empowering them to turn their disabilities into abilities.
